Welcome

Welcome to the WE Watch website. Its goal is to inform you about environmental issues that impact this magnificent valley we call home and actions you can take to protect it.

In ”Focus” you will learn how our members are working to Protect Our Valley and Save Our Stars, and to educate on valley  Water Issues .

In “Make a Difference” you will find links to elected government officials and their meeting schedules.

Links to Related Organizations provides links to groups with related purposes.

Women concerned about environmental issues and the pace of development in 1992 formed Women’s Environmental Watch to safeguard the future of the Santa Ynez Valley.  Their goal was to maintain the beauty, sustainability and integrity of the land for the benefit of all and for the future of our children.  Men began joining the organization in the early 2000s and the informal name was changed to WE Watch.

All who share our goals are welcome to join and help continue this vital work by selecting  “Join Us” .

See what we’re up to in the next few months by selecting “What’s Happening“ .

Check out what our supporters are thinking at Members’ Concerns.
